25 November 2020: When appointed as liquidators of an insolvent company, we make every possible effort to achieve the maximum return for creditors. The size of the distribution will, of course, depend on the value of the assets held by the company at the time of liquidation.
It is always therefore extremely rewarding for us when asset realisations allow us to make a substantial distribution to creditors, such as in a recent matter whereby BRI’s Northampton Office have recently paid a dividend of 95p in the £ to unsecured creditors. No doubt this dividend will be very welcome in these financially uncertain times.
